SOLVENTCLEAN is a wheel type VOC concentrator. It
concentrates large volumes of air with low VOC concentrations into low volumes with high
VOC concentrations, so the VOC processing equipment can be made very compact and
installation space and running costs can be reduced.
Features
Capable of concentrating 1/5 to 1/15 air volume from the start to end of processing.
(The concentration ratio setting varies depending on conditions of use.)
High performance "HONEYCLE HZ" elements are used, so SOLVENTCLEAN unit
is compact.
Thanks to the wheel type design, the structure is simple and maintenance is easy.
Special Specifications
- Various requirements are feasible with the following optional special specifications.
- When a zeolite rotor wheel is used, conventionally it has been necessary to use
desorption temperatures of 160 - 200°C. However, the adoption of a special flow system
results in high performance with just a steam heater (140 - 150°C).
- This system can be applied to special requirements such as silicone-free specifications.
- Even if adherent compounds such as resins are present in the inlet air, these can be
handled by the high temperature desorption system.
Applications
- Pre-processing for VOC abatement unit (oxdizer, recovery unit).
- As a backup for recovery unit.
- Application for recovery unit by cooling for high boiling point VOCs.
These types can be selected according to service conditions,
layout.
VOC Concentrator
(Model SCA-):
The concentrator unit (wheel, air sealing material, drive unit) includes a
filter and process fan, so it can be used simply by combining it with VOC abatement unit.
(The concentration fan and desorption heat source can be included as options.)
