VOC Abatement

Discharge of VOCs, such as organic solvents, into the atmosphere has an adverse effect on the human body and on the global environment. NCI VOC Concentrator (SOLVENTCLEAN) uses a concentration rotor wheel with hydrophobic zeolite or activated carbon as adsorbents to continuously concentrate VOCs.

This equipment concentrates low concentration, high volume VOC-laden air(air containing VOC) to high concentration, low volume. So by using it in combination with SOLVENTCLEAN, VOC abatement unit can be made more compact and running costs can be reduced. This system is also effective for ISO environmental countermeasures by using it to process air containing low concentrations of VOCs and as a backup system.

Features

Adsorbs VOCs from the air, removes them, and desorbs them using hot air.

Capable of concentrating air volume from the start to the end of processing. (The concentration ratio setting varies depending on conditions of use. Please inquire concerning details.)

Low concentration in large air volume (50 - 1,000 ppm) is concentrated into high concentration in low air volume (approximately 1,000 - 3,000 ppm). The standard process air volume is 900 - 1,000 Nm³/min. (It is also possible to handle process air volumes outside of this range. Please inquire concerning details.) VOC abatement unit can be made more compact and energy savings can be realized.

A wide range of VOCs can be treated by making appropriate selection from our range of honeycomb rotor wheels using 3 types of adsorbent.
